On 26^th, Sep, Buan Seobu Police Station Office reported that seven distributors including A who tried to                    distribute the Chinese counterfeit luxury products online (violation of the Trademark Act), were sent to the                  prosecution.

A and others are suspected of selling some of 4,700 pieces of Chinese counterfeit luxury products online                  and storing them at their domestic businesses in August.

After obtaining the information about the counterfeits, the police conducted a raid action on two business                  places in Gangseo-gu, one business place in Dong-gu, and one business place in Daejeon where they                      are operating and seized all the target products.

It is known that when the stored counterfeits are calculated as the genuine market price, it will amount to                  12,000,000,000 won.

A and others are acquaintances or family members and they are all in their 30s and 40s.

The police reported, “We are not allowed to tell you the details,” adding, “We will continue to investigate                     the counterfeit distributors”.
